AHJS Fall Book Fair
You are invited to the AHJS Scholastics Book Fair the week of September 24. Students will have an opportunity to purchase books during English and Reading Classes and between 8:15 am and 4:00 pm, Monday-Friday. A portion of the funds raised support library programs and services. And guess what - we could use your help to ensure this event runs smoothly - click here to volunteer. Shop a little, hang out with fun junior school parents, embarrass your kids by just being at school - come volunteer with us!

Time: 6:30 - 9:30pm
Come mingle with AHJS parents and staff and enjoy an evening of food (Paloma Blanca!), fun (mingle like you mean it!), and a fabulous silent auction (shop until you drop!). This is a fun fundraiser/friendraiser for the AHJS. Ticket prices include all food and drinks, and all proceeds raised benefit the AHJS. Click here to purchase tickets.
Join AHJS Strings for a Spaghetti Dinner, Silent Auction and Bake Sale!
The spaghetti dinner will be served in the AHJS Cafeteria from 5:00-7:30 p.m. on October 11. Discounted tickets for the spaghetti supper can be purchased online from September 22 until October 5 at $9 per person. For more information and to purchase tickets, click here.
Reminder: Our next PTO meeting of the year is on Tuesday, November 13, in the AHJS library at 12:00 pm.
By joining the AHJS PTO, you help us meet our school's needs that are outside the scope of their budget. Stay up to date on events, volunteer opportunities, and fundraising efforts. When you go a step further and volunteer to help with events or serve on a committee, you set an example for our students to follow, and greatly encourage our teachers and staff.
